🌸 Terms of Use for the "多牌" (Duo Pai / Duo Brand) Template 🌸

• Ensure your device supports and can open PSD files.

• If files are lost, you may present valid proof of purchase to request a replacement download.

• All sales are final; no refunds under any circumstances.

Credit & Watermark

• Credit must always be given to "多牌" or "Duo Brand".

• A watermark must always be included when publishing fan art publicly and when shared within fan art groups.

• When posting or showcasing finished work for VTubers/streamers, template credit must always be stated.

Allowed (Permitted Use)

• Personal-use commissions only.

• Drawing Original Characters (OC), Fan Art (FA), VTubers, streamers, and real people/celebrities is permitted.

• Modifying the template is allowed, provided you do not claim the base as your own creation and always credit the original template.

• Displaying the artwork in stream room overlays or using them as emotes in videos is permitted.

Printing Limits (Personal Use / Free Giveaways)

• Original Characters (OC):

  • Hard merchandise (e.g., acrylics, pin badges): Maximum 10 pieces.

  • Stickers / art cards: Maximum 20 pieces.

  • Combined maximum of 30 pieces total (10 + 20).

• Fan Art: Maximum 10 pieces total across all merchandise types combined.

• Both OC and Fan Art (VTuber / games / novels) may be printed to gift to friends, family, and personal acquaintances within these limits.

Fan Groups & Membership Rewards

• Fan art groups/circles are strictly capped at a maximum of 20 people.

• Bonus items/gifts for group members count toward this group quota (up to 20 people).

• Bilibili Fleet/Captain gifts and channel membership perks fall under the same category as fan art groups (capped at 20 people).

• Broad/mass giveaways to general fanbases are strictly prohibited (see Prohibited section).

Prohibited (Strict Restrictions)

• Accepting commercial commissions without authorization. If a client intends commercial use, an additional Commercial License must be purchased.

• VTubers or creators distributing giveaways/merchandise to fans (regardless of quantity) is classified as commercial use and requires purchasing an additional license.

• Broad or mass fan giveaways are strictly prohibited.

• Creating anti-China content or politically defamatory artwork.

• Drawing disgraced celebrities or artists involved in legal controversies or major scandals.

• Using the unclothed base template or official promotional imagery to advertise commissions (you must draw your own finished samples).

• Using the standalone promotional base sheet alone to open commission slots. If your sample is not ready, you must include examples of your own art style on the same display sheet to prevent misleading clients.

• Modifying the template in an explicit, vulgar, or harmful manner (e.g., NSFW/nude modifications).

• Redistributing, reselling, sharing, group-buying/file-pooling, claiming ownership of, copying, tracing, or modifying the file for sale.

• Using the template or resulting works for NFTs or AI training/generation.

Penalties for Violations

• Violating these terms will result in immediate license revocation and blacklisting, OR an alternative settlement fine equal to 2× the purchase price of the template.

• If a whistleblower reports an infringement and the violator pays the fine, the whistleblower will receive 50% of the penalty fine.

🌸 Commercial Licensing (Commercial Use) 🌸

Important Notes

• Commercial licensing fees are calculated on a per-artwork basis.

• Each license applies to one (1) single user and one (1) specific template asset only.

• This is a non-exclusive usage license, not a full copyright buyout or transfer of intellectual property.

• This fee covers base licensing only and does not include the artist's own commission fee charged to clients. Artists may set their own commission service rates freely.

Fee Calculation Formula

• Formula: (Template Purchase Price ÷ Number of Assets in Set) × 10

• Example: For the [Chubby Emojis] set priced at 162 containing 6 assets: (162 ÷ 6) x 10 = 270 + 5% (handling fee) = 284 per artwork
