Irregular Sticky Notes

🌸 Terms of Use for the "香芋头牌" (Xiangyutou Pai / Taro Brand) Template 🌸

• Ensure your device supports and can open PSD files.

• If files are lost, you may present valid proof of purchase to request a replacement download.

• All sales are final; no refunds under any circumstances.

Credit & Watermark

• Credit must always be given to "香芋头牌" or "Taro Brand" whenever posting fan art or creating fandom content/merchandise.

• When posting fan art, you must include the disclaimer: "Do not trace or copy."

• Applying a visible watermark before posting is strongly recommended. If an unwatermarked image is posted and subsequently copied or widely traced, it will be treated as an infraction for causing base asset leaks.

• Displaying or using the artwork in live streams without a watermark is strictly prohibited.

Allowed (Permitted Use)

• Personal-use commissions only.

• Drawing Original Characters (OC), Fan Art (FA), VTubers, and streamers is permitted.

• Modifying the template is allowed, provided you do not claim the base as your own creation and always credit the original template.

• Printing OC and Fan Art (VTuber / games / novels) to gift to friends, family, and personal acquaintances is permitted.

• Self-printing for personal use is capped at a maximum of 10 pieces.

• Using fan art as bonus gifts/giveaways is not explicitly defined in the original terms.

For VTubers / Streamers / Creators

• Accepting VTuber commissions is permitted.

• Any commercial use or monetization beyond the artist's standard drawing commission fee is prohibited (e.g., using the artwork for paid channel emotes or donation badges for VUPs/VTubers requires contacting and negotiating licensing terms with the template creator beforehand).

• Distributing giveaways/merchandise to fans by VTubers or creators (in any quantity) is classified as commercial use and requires purchasing an extended/commercial license.

Prohibited (Strict Restrictions)

• Using the unclothed base template or the base creator's original artwork to advertise commissions (you must draw your own finished samples).

• Opening commission slots without showing samples in your own art style, or using the original creator's samples to solicit commissions.

• Live streaming while drawing or working on this template (to prevent viewers from taking screenshots to trace or steal the base).

• Posting the blank/unedited base template publicly is strictly prohibited.

• Modifying the template in an explicit, vulgar, or damaging manner (e.g., malicious defacing, NSFW/nude modifications).

• Redistributing, reselling, sharing, group-buying/file-pooling, claiming ownership of, copying, tracing, or modifying the file for sale.

• Using the template or resulting works for NFTs or AI training/generation.

🌸 Commercial Licensing (Commercial Use) 🌸

Licensing Fees

• 300 THB per character.

• Adding small animals/pets to the illustration incurs no additional licensing fee.

• Recolor variations, background changes, or added props to the same character count as a new artwork and require paying the licensing fee again.
